Personal data we collect and how we collect it
In compliance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) we inform you that in order to manage your reservation and send you commercial information about products and services, you are required to provide us with certain personal data, and that these will be processed and incorporated into the restaurant’s database.
By ticking the corresponding check boxes in the booking engine, you expressly consent to the processing of your personal data.
In order to safeguard the security of your personal data, the technical and organisational security measures required by the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 will be applied.
The data we request are adequate, relevant and strictly necessary for the purpose for which they are collected: to manage your reservation and send you commercial information about your products and services. You also certify that all the information you provide us with is true, accurate and relevant to the purpose for which it is requested.
At any time you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, portability and oblivion provided for in the law in accordance with the legally established procedure, by sending a signed letter accompanied by a photocopy of your ID card to the restaurant’s address, or by e-mail to the restaurant’s e-mail address.
We consider that if you do not expressly cancel your personal data from our database, you are still interested in being included in our database until the restaurant considers it appropriate.

Cancellation Policy
Once you have made your booking through the web engine, you will receive an e-mail confirming the validity of your reservation with all the corresponding information.
If you wish to change the reservation date or the number of diners, your request will be dealt with as long as it is made at least one hour before the agreed time, and if there are places available. You can do this by calling the restaurant on (+34) 968 509 678.
We inform you that days before the date and time booked, you will receive an email and sms where you must reconfirm or cancel the reservation in the links that are enabled for this purpose, if they exist.
Only once you have reconfirmed your booking by email or sms, will your booking be fully confirmed.
If you prefer, you can confirm your reservation by calling the restaurant before the reservation date.
In the event of a no-show, no notice or failure to cancel at least 24 hours before the booked time, a charge of €90 per person will be made, if the reservation has a cancellation policy associated with it.
Therefore, at the time of booking, and in order to be able to guarantee your reservation, we will ask for your credit card details.

The information and services included in or available through our website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information contained herein. Magoga Gastronomía S.L. may at any time make improvements and/or changes to the services or content.
Magoga Gastronomía S.L. declines any responsibility in the event of interruptions or malfunctioning of the services or content offered on the Internet, whatever their cause.
Jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed entirely by Spanish law.
Provided that there is no rule that obliges otherwise, for any questions that may arise regarding the interpretation, application and fulfilment of this Legal Notice, as well as any claims that may arise from its use, the parties agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Cartagena, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
